A secure operations campus with blast-resistant envelope, redundant power and an on-site central plant.
The campus had to stay running under conditions most buildings never face. The envelope needed blast resistance, the power system needed redundancy at every level, and an on-site central plant had to carry the load if the utility could not. Every worker was badged, every delivery was screened, and design reviews ran through a security process of their own.
The approach.

- 01
Blast envelope by design-assist
Precast panels, connections and glazing were engineered with the fabricators so the blast design was buildable the first time.
- 02
Central plant first
The plant was completed early and used to condition the building during finishes, proving it under real load.
- 03
Redundant power, tested hard
Dual utility feeds, generators and UPS were tested by pulling utility power and watching the campus carry on.
- 04
Controlled site
Badging, escorted deliveries and a screened laydown yard kept the site secure from the first day of earthwork.
The outcome.
“We did not hand over a building and hope. We pulled the power and showed them it kept running.”
