Rooms where every seat counts.
Concert halls, theaters, museums and galleries, built by teams who treat acoustics, rigging and finish quality as the main event.
What owners need from us.
Acoustics are unforgiving
A single unsealed penetration or a rattling duct can be heard from the balcony. Isolation has to be built and inspected with care.
Stages are machines
Rigging, fly systems, lifts and theatrical lighting carry heavy loads over performers and need exact structure and coordination.
Opening night is announced
Seasons are sold before the building is finished. Tuning, testing and rehearsals have to fit before the first performance.

How we deliver here.
The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.
CM at-risk with acoustic and theater consultants at the table from preconstruction.
Rigging steel, isolation joints and ductwork coordinated in 3D to protect quiet rooms.
Low-velocity air and noise criteria tested before the room is tuned.
Our own crews on the concrete and isolation details acoustics depend on.

A concert hall that keeps the river outside.
The performing arts center was delivered under CM at-risk. The 1,800-seat hall sits on a box-in-box structure isolated from river traffic, every penetration through the acoustic shell was inspected before closing, and the room was tuned ahead of opening season.

Questions owners ask us.
How do you protect acoustic performance during construction?
We train crews on isolation details, inspect every penetration in the acoustic shell and test background noise before finishes are complete.
Can you coordinate theatrical rigging and stage equipment?
Yes. Rigging, lifts and lighting positions are modeled with the structure so loads and clearances are resolved before steel is fabricated.
Do you work on museums with collections on site?
We do. We control dust, vibration and temperature near collections and coordinate art moves with curators and conservators.

Planning a cultural & performing arts project?
Share the project, the site and the date that matters. A senior builder will come back to you within one business day.
