Built for opening night.

Arenas, stadiums, ballparks and entertainment venues, scheduled backwards from a date that has already been sold.

What owners need from us.

01

The date is non-negotiable

Schedules, tickets and broadcasts are set before construction starts. There is no option to open late.

02

Long spans, heavy picks

Roof trusses, scoreboards and seating bowls involve some of the biggest lifts in building construction.

03

Event day is the real test

Concessions, vertical transportation, broadcast and crowd flow all have to work with tens of thousands of people inside.

In practice · Multi-Purpose Arena

Twenty-six months to a sold-out first night.

The arena was built under a general contract on a 26-month schedule set by a fixed opening night. The long-span roof was lifted in planned sequences, the seating bowl was poured in parallel, and test events ran ahead of the first public show.

Questions owners ask us.

How do you protect a fixed opening date?

The schedule is built backwards from the first event, with buffers on the critical path and early purchase of roof steel, seating and scoreboards.

How do you handle long-span roof erection?

We engineer the erection sequence, temporary shoring and crane picks in advance and rehearse major lifts before they happen.

Can you renovate a venue between seasons?

Yes. Off-season work is planned in tight windows, and anything that might run long is phased so the venue can still host events.
