Clean water, no interruptions.

Water and wastewater treatment, pump stations, storage and conveyance, built and started up while existing plants keep meeting their permits.

What owners need from us.

01

The plant must stay in permit

Flow keeps coming during construction. Bypasses, tie-ins and process shutdowns are planned so effluent stays within limits every day.

02

Startup is the finish line

A treatment plant is not done when the concrete cures. Equipment, controls and biology have to be started and proven together.

03

Funding comes with rules

Many projects use state revolving fund loans or grants. Reporting, sourcing and wage requirements have to be met from day one.

Water & Environmental

What we build.

  1. 01

    Water treatment plants

Intake, filtration, membranes and disinfection, with clearwells and high-service pumping.

  2. 02

    Wastewater and reclamation

Headworks, aeration basins, clarifiers, solids handling and reuse systems.

  3. 03

    Pump stations and storage

Lift stations, booster stations, reservoirs and elevated tanks.

  4. 04

    Pipelines and conveyance

Transmission mains, interceptors and force mains, open cut or trenchless.

How we deliver here.

The capabilities owners in this market rely on most.

Engineer-Procure-Construct (EPC)Deliver

One contract from process design through startup and performance testing.

Self-Performed ConstructionBuild

Our own crews for process concrete, basins and yard piping.

Building SystemsBuild

Instrumentation, controls and SCADA integrated and tested before startup.

Preconstruction & EstimatingPlan

Phased tie-in plans and cost estimates that support funding applications.

In practice · Water Reclamation Facility

Capacity doubled, permit kept.

The water reclamation expansion was delivered under an EPC contract while the existing plant kept treating every gallon. Tie-ins ran during low-flow hours with temporary bypass pumping, and new process trains were started up and proven before flow was shifted to them.

Questions owners ask us.

How do you keep an existing plant in permit during construction?

We plan every tie-in and shutdown with plant operators, use temporary bypass pumping where needed and schedule critical work in low-flow periods.

Do you handle startup and commissioning?

Yes. We test equipment and controls, then start up process trains with operators and stay through performance testing.

Can you work on projects funded by state revolving fund loans?

We can. We set up the reporting, sourcing and wage tracking those programs require before the first purchase order.
