Who we are · Building since 2013

Builders first. Accountable always.

MarkWester is a general contractor, construction manager and design-builder. We plan, build and stand behind the places communities run on, with one team that owns the outcome from first estimate to final punch list.

What we believe

A project should have one builder who answers for all of it. That is the company we set out to build.

Owners do not need another layer of contracts and handoffs. They need a team that prices the job honestly, says plainly when the schedule is at risk, and then does the work with its own hands.

So we built MarkWester capability by capability, adding crews, engineers and delivery models only when we could stand behind them. The result is a builder with national reach that still works like one team on one site.

How we work

One accountable team, start to finish.

The people who estimate your job stay with it through design, buyout, construction and closeout. Decisions sit close to the work, and nobody hides behind a subcontract when an RFI goes unanswered.

  • We self-perform the critical path. Concrete, steel, earthwork and sitework by our own crews, on our own equipment.
  • We work in every delivery model. GC, CM at-risk, design-build, EPC, design-manufacture-install and P3.
  • We build it digitally first. In-house VDC clears MEP clashes and sequences crane picks before crews mobilize.
  • We work across four sectors. Buildings, Civil & Infrastructure, Energy, Development.
Building since 2013

Thirteen years of showing up.

We started in 2013 with a small crew and a simple rule: do what you said you would do, on the date you said you would do it. Every capability we have added since then, from self-performed concrete to EPC delivery, grew out of that rule.

Why it matters

What owners get from one builder.

01

Prices you can plan around

Estimates come from people who have self-performed the work, so the GMP reflects real production rates, not guesses.

02

A schedule someone owns

One team holds the critical path, from long-lead procurement to commissioning, and reports on it honestly every week.

03

Handover without loose ends

Punch lists, O&M manuals and training are planned from day one, so move-in day is a beginning, not a scramble.
